      壳体的可靠性设计必须充分考虑各种随机变量。通过对弹药壳体从制造、 贮存到使用各个环节进行分析研究, 得出使壳体损坏的随机变量的散布特性, 然后设计了记录随机变量的表格, 提出了建立随机变量数据库的方法, 最后利用可靠性数学方法对壳体进行可靠性设计。
英文摘要:
      Random variables should be fully considered in reliability design of ammunition shell. The distribution characters of random variables caused ammunition shell damage were obtained through analysis of every links such as manufacturing, storage, and application. A form for recording random variables was designed. The method to establish random variable database was put forward. The reliability design of ammunition shell was carried out with reliability mathematics.
