      采用ABAQUS软件建立了圆柱/平面接触的铝合金微动疲劳结构有限元模型,运用该模型将计算的应力值与解析解进行比较,结果相当吻合,证明了所建有限元模型及算法的有效性。通过分析得到了不同影响因素下接触应力的分布规律。结果表明,最大正应力随压头半径的增加而降低,随接触压力的增加而成比例地增加;表面拉应力在粘着区内随压头半径的增加而增加,随接触载荷的增加而降低;参数Q/(fP)对正应力和表面拉应力没有影响,各参数对剪应力的影响因接触区域不同而有较大的差别。
英文摘要:
      A global finite element model and sub-model of fretting fatigue of aluminum alloy column/plane contact structure was established using ABAQUS software. The effectiveness of the model was validated according to the comparison of analytical solutions and numerical solutions. Distributing rules of contacting stress for different influencing factors were obtained. The results showed that the maximal normal stress decreases as the pad radius increases and increases relevantly as the increasing of the contact load; in the stick region, as the values of pad radius and contact load increase, the pull stress increases and decreases, respectively;the ratioQ/ (fP)has no effect on the normal stress and pull stress; the effect of these parameters on shear stress has a great difference at different contact region.
