      在产品研制初期,对数字样机采用可靠性仿真试验,实现了可靠性设计与产品功能、性能设计的有机结合,可优化产品设计、提高产品可靠性。通过对仿真试验主要内容的分析,提出了某产品的热分析、振动分析和故障预计的仿真试验流程。发现了该产品设计中的薄弱环节,通过改进设计有效提高了该产品的可靠性。
英文摘要:
      Reliability and functional design can be associated by conducting reliability simulation test on digital prototype at the beginning of product design stage. Optimization of product design and improvement of reliability were realized. By analyzing the main contents of reliability simulation test, the procedure of simulation test of a product was put forward, including thermal analysis, vibration analysis and failure prediction. Week link of the product design was found and the reliability was enhanced through improving design.
