      自然环境加速试验是飞机结构日历寿命评定的重要方法,加速环境谱的编制则是开展加速试验的前提。以某海域海洋大气环境谱为基础,选取了金属裸材、复合材料裸材、带涂层结构三种飞机常用材料为研究对象,针对不同材料腐蚀机理的差别,给出了不同材料加速环境试验模块参数的确定方法及加速环境谱与服役环境的当量关系,编制了分别适合金属裸材、复合材料、带涂层结构的典型海洋大气环境加速环境谱。
英文摘要:
      Accelerated testing of natural environment is an important method of aircraft structure calendar life assessment. Accelerated environment spectrum is the key to carry out the accelerated test. Bare metal, composites, and structure with coating were selected as the research objects. According to the differences of corrosion mechanism, different testing module parameters and equivalent were determined. Atmospheric environment spectrums were established for metal, composites, and coating respectively.
