| 针对飞机起落架收放作动筒活塞杆划伤、轮轴磨损腐蚀、刹车盘异常磨损、下位锁开锁故障及收放摇臂裂纹等几种典型故障，从结构设计、材料、制造工艺、使用环境和日常维护几个方面分析了各故障产生的原因，提出了预防故障发生的建议，为今后飞机起落架设计提供参考和借鉴。 |

| Common aircraft landing gear failures were introduced, including piston haulm laceration of the retractor actuator, wheel axis abrasion and corrosion, brake disk wearing abnormally, downlock failure, and rocker arm crack. The causes of the every failure were analyzed from the aspects of structure design, material, manufacture technics, environment, and daily maintenance.Relevant suggestions of avoiding failure were put forward. The purpose was to provide reference for aircraft landing gear design. |
