      详细介绍了低合金钢焊接接头的主要腐蚀破坏形式,包括应力腐蚀、氢致开裂、腐蚀疲劳和电偶腐蚀等,并探讨了焊后热处理和焊接热输入2项工艺参数对焊接接头耐蚀性的影响,提出了提高其耐蚀性能的措施。同时还对焊接接头腐蚀行为的研究方法 作了简要概述,并提出了今后的发展方向。

      In this paper, the corrosion types of the low alloy steel weld joint including stress corrosion cracking, hydrogen induced cracking, corrosion fatigue and galvanic corrosion, were introduced in detail. The effects of post-weld heat treatment and weld heat input on the corrosion of weld joint were discussed. Some measures were proposed to improve the corrosion resistance of the weld joint. Furthermore, the study Methods of weld joint corrosion and the future prospects were also presented.
