      目的分析304不锈钢和316L不锈钢在电厂冷却塔内海水及烟气形成的模拟冷凝酸液环境中的耐蚀性能。方法利用浸泡试验和电化学试验方法测试两种不锈钢在模拟冷凝酸液中的腐蚀形貌、腐蚀率和极化曲线。结果304不锈钢在模拟冷凝酸液中的耐蚀性能较差,其腐蚀率及钝态稳定性受冷凝酸液pH值的影响较大;316L不锈钢在模拟冷凝酸液中的耐蚀性能较好,其腐蚀率及钝态稳定性受冷凝酸液pH值的影响较小。结论316L不锈钢在冷却塔冷凝酸液中的耐蚀性能明显优于304不锈钢。
英文摘要:
      ObjectiveTo analyze the corrosion resistance of304and316L stainless steel which were exposed in cooling tower condensed acid produced in electric power plant.MethodsThe corrosion rate and polarization curves of 304and316L stainless exposed in cooling tower condensed acid were measured.ResultsTotally304stainless steel exhibited poor corrosion resistance. The pH of condensed acid had a great influence on the corrosion rate and passive performance of304stainless steel.316L stainless steel exhibited good corrosion resistance. The pH of condensed acid had less influence on the corrosion rate and passive performance of316L stainless steel.ConclusionThe corrosion resistance of 316L stainless steel exposed in cooling tower condensed acid was much better than that of304stainless steel under the same conditions.
