      目的综合考虑制导弹药全寿命各种应力的大小及作用时间,预计制导弹药电子部件的可靠性。方法把一般电子设备可靠性预计方法引入制导弹药,对运输和储存环境、发射使用环境,分别选用不工作和工作状态的预计方法。结果储存10~15年的条件下,可靠度在0.895~0.91之间。结论汇总所有电子元器件预计结果,储存10~15年,电子部件仍满足使用要求。
英文摘要:
      ObjectiveThe intension and time during the whole life were both considered to predict and the reliability of the electronic components in the guided munitions. MethodsA method for the reliability prediction of common electronic equipment was introduced into the guided munitions. For transportation and storage environment,the nonoperating method was adopted. For the firing environment,the operating method was adopted.ResultsAfter storage for 10~15years, the reliability was between0.895and0.91. ConclusionConsidering the prediction results for all electronic components,the electronic components can satisfy the employment after storage for10~15years.
