      目的 研究 45#碳钢和 Q235 碳钢在不同大气环境中的应力腐蚀失效。方法 将 45#碳钢和Q235碳钢制备成U型样和拉伸试样, 分别在万宁、 江津和西双版纳三种大气环境下进行为期3年的暴露试验, 利用截面锈层深度分析和拉伸断裂分析两种手段, 分析两种碳钢在不同大气环境下的应力腐蚀行为。结果 拉应力影响下的U型样在三种大气环境中出现了不同深度的腐蚀坑。拉伸试样在万宁大气环境下短时间内抗拉强度急剧下降并失效, 在西双版纳和江津大气环境下抗拉强度缓慢下降。结论 在拉应力影响下U型样的腐蚀进程随大气污染物的不同, 腐蚀程度不同, 拉伸试样的抗拉强度随腐蚀进程的发展而呈周期性衰减。
英文摘要:
      Objective To research the stress corrosion failure of No.45 and Q235 carbon steels in different kinds of atmospheric environments. Methods No.45 and Q235 carbon steels were used to prepare U-shape samples and tensile samples. The corrosion test in atmospheric exposure for three years was conducted in atmospheric environment in Wanning, Jiangjin and Xishuangbanna. The rust layer depth analysis and the tensile failure analysis were performed to investigate the stress corrosion of carbon steel in different atmospheric environments. Results The u-shaped sample under the influence of the tensile stress in the three kinds of atmospheric environment had different depth of corrosion pits. Strength of extension had declined in a short period of time and failured in Wanning atmospheric environment, while it declined slowly in xishuangbanna and Jiangjin atmospheric environment. Conclusion Due to difference in atmospheric contaminants, the corrosion degree varied for U-shape samples under the influence of tensile stress. The tensile strength of tensile samples was periodically decreased during the process of corrosion.
