      目的 研究典型气候环境对两类有机玻璃胶接接头老化性能的影响。方法 在重庆、青岛和拉萨三地开展两类有机玻璃胶接接头的户外自然暴露试验,研究其拉剪强度和剥离强度随老化时间的变化规律,分析气候环境因素对胶粘剂老化的作用机理,及胶接结构的老化失效模式。结果 高温、高湿及紫外光辐射等气候环境因素是影响胶粘剂粘接性能的主要外在因素,其中高温高湿环境因子对其性能影响较大,而紫外光辐射引起的光降解速度并不像理论预测那样快,胶粘工艺是影响胶接接头性能的主要内在因素。结论 优选出了耐候性较好,且适合航空有机玻璃和涤纶带粘接的胶粘剂,可为该胶接接头的防老化设计提供参考。
英文摘要:
      Objective To study on influences of typical climate environment on aging properties of 2 kinds of plexiglass adhesive joints. Methods The natural outdoor exposure test of the two kinds of organic glass adhesive joints was carried out in Chongqing, Qingdao and Lasa. Rules of tensile shear strength and peel strength changing with aging time were studied. The aging mechanism of climate environment factors on the adhesive, the aging failure models of cementation structure were analyzed. Results High temperature, high humidity and ultraviolet radiation, of which high temperature and high humidity environment factor had larger influences on the performance; and the UV irradiation induced optical degradation speed was not as fast as that predicted according to theory. The adhesive process was the main internal factor which affected the mechanical behavior of adhesive joint. Conclusion The adhesive with good weatherability and suitable for adhesion of aviation plexiglass and polyester tape is selected, which can provide reference for the anti-aging design of the adhesive joint.
