目的 针对某型电缆网开展加速贮存试验设计,并通过试验预测产品贮存寿命。方法 基于步降应力加速贮存试验方法,结合 Arrhenius 模型,利用对数正态分布的极大似然估计法,对试验结果进行评估。结果 根据加速贮存试验结果,在较短时间内评估得到电缆网的贮存寿命,评估得到电缆网在25 ℃下的平均寿命点估计值在20年以上,并获得其加速模型和加速因子。结论 为电缆网贮存寿命的定量评估提供了一种参考方法,为武器装备延寿整修提供依据。 |

Objective To design accelerated storage test for a certain type of cable network and predict the storage life of product through test. Methods Based on step-down-stress accelerated storage test, in combination with Arrhenius model, the maximum likelihood estimation method of log normal distribution was applied to evaluate the test results. Results According to the results of such test, the storage life of cable network was evaluated in a relatively short time. In the environment of the storage temperature below 25 ℃, the storage life could be more than 20 years. And the acceleration model and accelerated factor could be obtained. Conclusion It provides a reference method for quantitative evaluation of storage life of cable network, and provides a basis for prolonging life and repairing of weapon equipment. |
