      为提升我国武器弹药异常事故环境安全性试验技术,完善武器弹药异常事故环境安全性试验能力建设,建立武器弹药异常事故环境安全性试验方法体系,介绍了国外武器弹药异常事故环境安全性试验技术发展与标准体系,以及我国武器弹药异常事故环境安全性试验技术与能力现状。分析了武器弹药异常事故环境安全性试验技术的发展方向,建议持续发展安全性试验技术,创新现有技术手段,解决更多、更苛刻事故场景对应的试验模拟能力覆盖问题,建立完善的武器弹药异常事故环境安全性试验能力体系与试验标准体系。
英文摘要:
      In order to improvethe environmental safety test technology for abnormal accidents of weapons and ammunition,improve the environmental testing ability, and establish the testing methods and evaluation system. This paper introduces the test technical ability and the corresponding standard system of foreign country and the test technical ability of China. The development direction of abnormal environmental safety test technology for weapons and ammunition is analyzed. The testing technology should be developed continuously, and the existing technological means should be innovated, which can solve the problem of covering the test simulation capability corresponding to more and more severe accident scenarios. A complete system of abnormal environmental safety test ability for weapons and ammunition and a corresponding test standard system is also established.
