摘要

聚焦于航天关键材料在复杂环境下的性能退化行为,强调了跨尺度老化机理及表征技术在揭示复杂失效机制中的关键作用。围绕典型复杂服役环境及复杂贮存剖面,分别阐述了长期应力作用下的材料蠕变及应力腐蚀影响、长期低辐射环境中的剂量率效应、长期介质环境下的化学侵蚀与物理溶胀机制以及重复使用环境下材料的实验设计特点。结合复杂贮存剖面特征,对寿命评估技术进行了概述,并对未来技术发展趋势进行了展望。

Abstract

Focusing on the performance degradation behavior of key aerospace materials in complex environments, the work aims to emphasize the key role of cross-scale aging mechanisms and characterization techniques in revealing complex failure mechanisms. Centering on typical complex service environments and intricate storage profiles, the creep behavior and stress corrosion of materials under long-term stress, the dose rate effects in long-term low-radiation environments, the chemical erosion and physical swelling mechanisms in long-term media environments, and the experimental design characteristics of materials in reusable environments were elaborated, respectively. Furthermore, in conjunction with the characteristics of complex storage profiles, the life assessment technologies were reviewed and the future development trends in this field was prospected.
