摘要

随着先进飞行器向更高速度、更长航时及可重复使用方向不断发展,其鼻锥、前缘、燃烧室及喷管等关键热端部件所面临的服役环境日益严峻,呈现出高温、高承载与强氧化/腐蚀等多物理场深度耦合的极端特征,对热防护材料在该环境下的长时可靠性与寿命预测精度提出了前所未有的挑战。陶瓷基复合材料因其优异的耐高温、高比强及良好损伤容限等特性,被视为应对该挑战具有潜力的材料体系之一。然而,其多相多尺度的结构特征与在多场耦合下表现出的复杂渐进损伤行为,使得传统基于树脂基复合材料的理论体系与寿命预测方法难以直接适用。为此,系统综述了该领域近年来的研究进展：首先从试验研究层面总结了热-力、热-化及热-力-化等多场耦合环境下的材料性能演化规律与机制;其次从建模方法层面系统评述了宏观唯象模型、物理机理模型以及数据驱动模型三大类寿命预测方法的研究现状与应用特点;最后总结了当前该领域面临的关键挑战,并对多场耦合寿命模型构建、多方法融合联用,以及人工智能与数据驱动深度融合等未来发展趋势进行了展望。通过“多场耦合环境-损伤演化-寿命预测”的逻辑,系统梳理了该领域从试验规律到模型方法再到发展挑战的完整研究体系,为陶瓷基复合材料在极端环境下的使役可靠性设计与寿命评估提供参考。

Abstract

With the continuous development of advanced aircraft toward higher speeds, longer endurance, and reusability, the service environments faced by key hot-end components such as nose cones, leading edges, combustion chambers, and nozzles have become increasingly severe, exhibiting extreme characteristics of deep coupling among multiple physical fields such as high temperature, high loading, and strong oxidation/corrosion. This poses unprecedented challenges to the long-term reliability and life prediction accuracy of thermal protection materials under such conditions. Ceramic matrix composites (CMCs) are regarded as one of the most promising material systems to address these challenges, owing to their excellent high-temperature resistance, high specific strength, and good damage tolerance. However, their multi-phase, multi-scale structural features and complex progressive damage behaviors under multi-field coupling make it difficult to directly apply traditional theoretical frameworks and life prediction methods developed for polymer matrix composites. Therefore, the work aims to systematically review the recent research progress in this field. Firstly, from the perspective of experimental studies, the evolution laws and mechanisms of material properties under multi-field coupling environments such as thermal-mechanical, thermal-chemical, and thermal-mechanical-chemical conditions were summarized. Then, from the modeling perspective, the research status and application characteristics of three major categories of life prediction methods were systematically reviewed, including macroscopic phenomenological models, physical mechanism-based models, and data-driven models. Finally, the key challenges currently faced in this field were summarized and an outlook on future development trends was put forward, including the construction of multi-field coupling life models, the integration and combined use of multiple methods, and the deep integration of artificial intelligence and data-driven approaches. Through the logical framework of “multi-field coupling environment-damage evolution-life prediction,” this work systematically organizes the complete research system in this field, from experimental observations to modeling methods and development challenges, providing a reference for the design of service reliability and life assessment of ceramic matrix composites under extreme environments.
