摘要

目的针对机电类整机装备贮存寿命指标高,在性能鉴定阶段评定难的问题,提出了除电子元器件外,综合考虑原材料,从底层信息给出了整机贮存寿命鉴定加速试验建模方法。方法通过对整机贮存性能敏感应力和薄弱环节分析,定位出影响整机贮存性能薄弱元器件和原材料,结合元器件和原材料贮存寿命信息,以串联模型为基础,从加速因子定义出发,开展了机电类整机产品加速因子综合分析,最后结合元器件、原材料及整机加速后地面鉴定试验,给出了整机贮存寿命性能鉴定试验方案。结果以某典型机电产品伺服机构贮存寿命鉴定加速试验实际应用案例分析,证明了该贮存寿命鉴定方案的有效性。结论较以往单一考虑元器件,本方法融合了关键原材料部分,使整机加速因子更合理,缩短了鉴定试验时间、增加了鉴定试验结果的置信度。

Abstract

To address the challenges in evaluating storage life indicators for electromechanical equipment and the difficulties in performance qualification phases, the work aims to propose an accelerated test modeling method for the storage life qualification of complete equipment and comprehensively take raw materials into consideration beyond electronic components and establish the model based on underlying characteristic parameters. Through the analysis of storage-sensitive stresses and weak links in the complete machine, the vulnerable components and raw materials affecting storage performance were identified. By integrating storage life data of components and raw materials, based on the series model, a comprehensive analysis of the acceleration factor for electromechanical products was conducted starting from the definition of the acceleration factor. Finally, combined with the accelerated ground qualification tests of components, raw materials and complete machine, a performance qualification test scheme for the storage life of the complete machine was proposed. Based on the practical application case analysis of accelerated storage life qualification tests for the servo mechanism of a typical electromechanical product, the effectiveness of the proposed storage life qualification scheme was verified. Compared to previous methods that solely takes components to account, this method integrates key raw materials, resulting in a more reasonable acceleration factor for the complete machine, which reduces the qualification test time and enhances the credibility of the test results.
