摘要

目的研究低轨卫星蓄电池组在低温环境下的主动热控策略,保障蓄电池组在15~25 ℃环境下工作。方法建立蓄电池组物理模型,利用Ansys软件通过稳态热仿真和瞬态热仿真,确定蓄电池组加热器30 min内升温加热功率和温度维持加热功率,依据热仿真结果,组装蓄电池组并粘贴加热器实施地面模拟试验,分析仿真结果与试验结果的关联性。结果仿真结果给出加热器“15 W升温30 min+3 W持续维持”的功率控制策略,通过地面试验,蓄电池组在加热器15 W升温功率加热30 min后,蓄电池组电芯温度升至15.4 ℃,切换至3 W维持功率后,每节电芯温度稳定在17~19 ℃,满足目标工作温度。结论根据仿真及试验验证,在低温环境下,通过加热器给蓄电池加热,能保证蓄电池组工作在目标工作温度。

Abstract

The work aims to obtain an active thermal control strategy for low-orbit satellite battery packs in low-temperature environments and ensure that the battery pack operates within the target temperature range (15-25 ℃). A physical model of the battery pack was established. Using Ansys software, steady-state and transient thermal simulations were conducted to determine the heating power required for the battery pack heater to raise the temperature within 30 minutes and the power needed to maintain the temperature subsequently. Based on the thermal simulation results, the battery pack was assembled with heaters attached, and ground tests were carried out to analyze the correlation between the simulation and experimental results. The simulation indicated a power control strategy of “15 W heating for 30 minutes followed by 3 W continuous maintenance”. In the ground tests, after 30 minutes of heating at 15 W, the temperature of the battery pack rose to 15.4 ℃. After switching to a 3 W maintenance power, the temperature stabilized between 17 ℃ and 19 ℃, meeting the target operating temperature requirements. According to the simulation and experimental verification, heating the satellite battery pack via heaters in low-temperature environments can ensure its operation within the target temperature range.
