摘要

作为船舶与海洋工程中的关键甲板作业设备,船用绞车的技术水平直接关系到系泊安全与海洋科考作业效能。本文系统综述了船用绞车的技术现状,液压与电动并存的驱动方式多元化格局和智能控制系统广泛部署是船用绞车市场格局的主要特征。展望未来,船用绞车将围绕绿色高效、智能自主和深海可靠三个维度持续演进：电动化普及与能量回收技术将进一步提升系统能效;数字化技术将推动绞车深度融入船舶智能系统,实现自主控制与预测性维护;新材料与新结构将不断拓展全海深作业能力。研究表明,船用绞车技术的进步由环保法规、海洋开发需求和技术创新共同驱动,其发展将为现代航运与海洋资源开发提供关键装备支撑。

Abstract

Marine winches are critical deck operation equipment in naval architecture and ocean engineering, their technological level directly influences mooring safety and marine scientific research efficiency. This paper systematically reviews the current technological status of marine winches, where the diversified configuration combining hydraulic and electric drives, along with the extensive implementation of intelligent control systems, represents defining characteristics of the market framework. Looking ahead, marine winches will continue to evolve along three key dimensions of environmental friendliness and high efficiency, intelligent autonomy, and deep-sea reliability. The widespread adoption of electrification and energy recovery technologies will further enhance system efficiency, while digital technologies will promote deeper integration of winches into intelligent ship systems, enabling autonomous operation and predictive maintenance. Furthermore, new materials and structural innovations will continually expand full-ocean-depth operational capabilities. Research demonstrates that advancements in marine winch technologies are underscored by environmental regulations, maritime development requirements, and technological innovation, collectively providing crucial equipment support for modern shipping and marine resource development.
