摘要

目的研究平均应力对复合材料声衬试验件在噪声环境下的动态响应及疲劳寿命的影响。方法针对复合材料声衬试验件开展声静联合加载下的响应试验与疲劳试验。基于行波管试验平台,设计2种静力加载方式,分别为气室充压加载与加载块加载,对比分析不同静力加载方式下试验件的噪声响应特性及声疲劳寿命。结果复合材料声衬试验件在噪声载荷下的动响应呈线性规律,2种静力加载方法均使试验件在噪声环境下的动应变均方根值增大。其中,采用气室充压加载的试验件声疲劳寿命最长,仅承受噪声载荷的试验件次之,采用加载块加载的试验件声疲劳寿命最短。结论平均应力对复合材料声衬的噪声响应及疲劳寿命具有显著影响,需根据实际载荷工况设计合理的静力加载方法,以准确模拟真实服役环境。

Abstract

The work aims to investigate the effects of mean stress on the dynamic response and fatigue life of composite acoustic liner specimens under an acoustic environment. Response tests and fatigue tests were conducted on the composite acoustic liner specimens under combined acoustic and static loading. Based on a traveling wave tube test platform, two static loading methods were designed: chamber pressurization loading and loading block loading. The acoustic response characteristics and acoustic fatigue lives of the specimens under different static loading methods were compared and analyzed. The results showed that the dynamic response of the composite acoustic liner specimens under acoustic loading exhibited a linear trend. Both static loading methods increased the root mean square (RMS) value of the dynamic strain of the specimens in the acoustic environment. Among them, the specimens subjected to chamber pressurization loading exhibited the longest acoustic fatigue life, followed by those under noise loading only, while the specimens under loading block loading exhibited the shortest acoustic fatigue life. It is concluded that mean stress has a significant influence on the noise response and fatigue life of composite acoustic liners, and an appropriate static loading method should be designed based on actual load conditions to accurately simulate the real service environment.
