摘要

目的研究某型飞机滑油散热系统操纵失效的内在机理,制定有效的改进和预防措施,延长发动机使用寿命,规避飞行安全事故。方法基于滑油散热系统操纵机构布局与散热风门动力学分析,分析出滑油散热系统操纵失效的因素,通过散热风门受力分析和建模计算,提出合理的优化方案。结果更换材料可提高传动钢索抗磨损指数,降低卡滞问题发生概率。以最易出现滑油散热系统操纵失效的巡航状态为基准,得出飞行员空中操纵滑油散热系统需要的力与散热风门后缘角度调整量的对应数值,多次试验,排除该问题的时间缩短了近2 h。结论将散热风门后缘设计为类似于副翼调整片的优化方法,缩短了排除该问题的时间,夯实了装备质量安全基础。

Abstract

The work aims to investigate the underlying mechanisms behind the control failure of the oil cooling system in a specific aircraft model and then develop effective improvement and preventive measures to extend engine service life and prevent flight safety incidents. The layout of the control mechanisms and the aerodynamics of the cooling flaps in the oil cooling system were analyzed to identify the factors contributing to the control failure. Furthermore, through force analysis and modeling calculations of the cooling flaps, a rational optimization scheme was proposed. The replacement of materials could improve the wear resistance index of the transmission cables, thereby reducing the probability of jamming. Taking the cruise phase, where the control failure of the oil cooling system was most likely to occur, as an example, the corresponding values between the pilot's in-flight control force and the trailing edge angle adjustment of the cooling flaps were determined. Through multiple tests, the troubleshooting time for this issue was reduced by 2 hours. Optimizing the design of the cooling flap's trailing edge to resemble an aileron trim tab effectively reduces the troubleshooting time for this issue, thereby solidifying the foundation for equipment quality and safety.
