Determination method of fungus growth area from digital images of fungus test by IPP image analysis was introduced, including scale calibration, parameter selection, use of AOI, and measuring and counting, etc. The results showed that IPP measurement technique can measure fungus growth area quickly and accurately. The method is a very effective area measuring method. Application of the method is helpful for correct evaluation of fungus-growth grade and test result. |
