目的 研究建立舰船海水管路的腐蚀状态评估指标体系及评估方法。 方法 通过经验选择影响舰船海水管路腐蚀状态的重要指标,并确定相应评估方法、评价标准及权重。 结果 选择管材腐蚀程度、阴极保护状态、电绝缘保护状态、海水流速控制状态、密封材料密封状态 5 项参数组成海水管路系统腐蚀状态评估指标体系。 结论 可选用层次-模糊法对海水管路腐蚀状态进行评估,其中层次分析法( AHP) 用来确定评价指标权重,模糊综合评判法用来处理评价指标值。 |

Objective To establish an evaluation index system and an evaluation method for corrosion state of seawater piping. Methods Important evaluation indexes for corrosion state of seawater piping of warship were chosen by experience,and then the appropriate evaluation methods, evaluation criteria and weights were determined. Results An evaluation index system for corrosion state of seawater piping was formed by five parameters, including the corrosion degree of pipe, the cathodic protection status, the electrical insulation protection status, the controlling state of seawater velocity, and the sealing state of sealing material. Conclusion Hierarchical-fuzzy method could be selected to evaluate the corrosion status of seawater pipeline. Analytic hierarchy process ( AHP ) was used to determine the weight of evaluation index, fuzzy comprehensive judgment method was used to handle the evaluation index value. |
