| Accelerated corrosion tests were carried out by accelerated testing environmental spectrum for organic coatings.By corrosion degree comparison methods, the results of accelerated tests were compared with natural exposure. Gloss loss, powder,foaming, crack, spalling, matrix corrosion and other surface feature, corrosion macroscopic and microcosmic morphology, degradation degree of coating molecular chains and so on were analysed. The results showed that the imitativeness of accelerated testing environmental spectrum was better. Accelerated tests for two cycles were equivalent to natural exposure for one year. |
