Abstract:
      Objective To study the corrosion problem of a certain aircraft, and to formulate structure corrosion repairing and anti-corrosion measures. Methods The corrosion reasons and the defects of the structure protection system were obtained after statistical analysis of aircraft corrosion classification and combing of the existing aircraft protection system. On the basis of aircraft serving area environment measurement, the aircraft ground parking environmental spectrum and the local environmental spectrum were developed. The design improvement measures for the structure protection system were taken, and the improvement effect of the design was verified by the accelerated corrosion test. Results Compared to the original state before improvement of the structure design, the calendar life of the anti-corrosion improvement structure was extend by 1. 6 to 5 times. Conclusion The aircraft was easy to subject to a variety of types of corrosion problems under the weak protection system. Good effect could only be achieved through systematic treatment of the problems in aircraft structure corrosion.
