Abstract:
      Objective To explore a new method for the fixture design suitable the test according to the characteristics of multiaxial dynamic acceleration test. Methods The traditional experiential design method and the new method were applied to the mechanic simulation analysis of the same simple model, and the differences in the results by the two methods were compared. Results In the process of multiaxial dynamic acceleration test, the new method could achieve more comprehensive results and guarantee the safety of the fixture, which was suitable for popularization and application. Conclusion There is a big difference between the multiaxial dynamic acceleration test and the traditional single static acceleration test, the whole process of the test should be concerned in the corresponding fixture design.
