Abstract: |
Objective To extract influencing factors of illumination, temperature, water, chemical medium and analyze the effects of the four factors from affecting mechanism, influence way and effect through analyzing characteristics of the vehicle service environment in the southeast coastal area. Methods Basic application methods and cutting techniques in GJB 150A-2009 Methods for Laboratory Test of Military Equipment were discussed preliminarily. Procedures for laboratory test on coating of vehicles serving in the southeast coastal area were determined and verified by testing. Results The results of laboratory accelerated corrosion test and corrosion of active coating had good correlation. Conclusion It provides an important basis for design and implementation of the environmental testing and evaluation of environment test for coating in the southeast coastal area, as well as prediction of service life, inspection of validity and preparation of maintenance scheme. |
