Abstract:
      Objective To study the preparation of SiC/ZrB2-SiC/SiC coating on C/C-SiC-ZrB2 composite surface and its oxidation ablation resistance. Methods SiC/ZrB2-SiC/SiC multiple anti-oxidation coatings were prepared on the surface of C/C composite with graphite and C/C-SiC-ZrB2 composite as the matrix. The microstructure, anti-oxidation and oxidation ablation resistance of the composite were analyzed and studied. Results A three-layer SiC/ZrB2-SiC/SiC ultra-high temperature ceramic coating was prepared. Data on microstructure change and linear ablation rate of C/C-SiC-ZrB2 composite coated with SiC/ZrB2-SiC/SiC coating under wind tunnel test were obtained. The oxidation and ablation mechanism of C/C-SiC-ZrB2 composite was obtained. Conclusion SiC/ZrB2-SiC/SiC coating can significantly improve the oxidation resistance and ablation resistance of C/C-SiC-ZrB2 composite, effectively improving the comprehensive thermal protection performance of C/C-SiC-ZrB2 composite.
