Abstract:
The work aims to transform the multiaxial durability into uniaxial durability and analyze the product durability to greatly reduce the development cost and cycle. The fatigue damage spectrum was transformed by the time domain signal and then the power spectrum density was further transformed. The bench test conditions were generated by controlling the maximum value of the road spectrum in frequency domain by the maximum shock response spectrum. In view of the development and certification of exhaust pipe, the analysis method for excitation source and order caused by rotating components was added, and the bench test spectrum of engine excitation and road excitation was formed. The vibration durability test results of the exhaust pipe were qualified, and there was no crack in the market and test site. The accelerated test effect is realized, the test cycle is shortened and the verification cost is reduced.
