Abstract: |
In order to improve the vibration environment adaptability of the equipment, this paper summarized the frequency management/mode matching methods in the fields of the aerospace, rail vehicles and automobiles, and gives the flow, method and principle of frequency management. Based on the idea and principle of frequency management, the structural dynamics optimization design of accumulators was carried out by combining virtual and real methods. After the improvement, the main frequency of the accumulator pipes was reduced from 1826 Hz to 1520 Hz, which is completely isolated from the excitation source frequency, which met the requirements of frequency management criteria. Finally, the test results show that the accumulator meets the assessment requirements of shipboard vibration environment. So the idea and method of frequency management can improve the vibration environment adaptability of the equipment. |
