Abstract: |
The work aims to evaluate the performance degradation of the electro-mechanical transmission (EMT) system based on direct driving efficiency data. Gradient division and grid division were conducted respectively on the efficiency pattern of the electro-mechanical transmission system during the full working condition testing cycle, and obtain the number of grid points within each gradient. The area of the irregular efficiency pattern under each gradient was calculated using Pick's theorem, and the efficiency pattern areas of each gradient were summed up to obtain the performance degradation evaluation index of the electro-mechanical transmission system during the testing period. The efficiency pattern area was calculated for six full cycle testing cycles. The results showed that the performance degradation evaluation index gradually increased. Through the comparison of efficiency pattern, it was found that the efficiency range gradually increased. From the development trend of performance degradation indicators, the electro-mechanical transmission system was currently in the running period. This method can effectively evaluate the performance degradation of the electro-mechanical transmission system. |
