摘要

综述了橡胶密封件在复杂服役环境下的性能退化研究进展,重点讨论了加速试验设计、性能表征方法及退化机理研究等。同时,详细分析了橡胶密封件在老化研究过程中存在的关键问题。对未来面向装备结构的复杂服役环境橡胶密封件性能退化趋势分析研究进行了展望,其中多因素协同作用下的退化机理研究,以及寿命预测模型与方法的发展将是研究重点。

Abstract

The work aims to review the recent research advancements on the performance degradation of rubber seals in complex service environments, with a focus on accelerated test design, performance characterization methods, and degradation mechanisms. Additionally, key challenges in the study of rubber seal aging are analyzed in detail. Future research directions should emphasize the analysis of performance degradation trends of rubber seals in structural equipment under complex service conditions. In particular, investigating degradation mechanisms under multi-factor synergistic effects and developing lifespan prediction models and methodologies will remain critical research priorities.
