摘要

目的解决海洋环境中铝合金装备腐蚀问题。方法采用原位合成层状双金属氢氧化物（LDH）的方法,结合环氧树脂涂层在高强7075铝合金表面制备多级涂层。结果铝合金表面原位成功生长了一层Zn-Al LDH-NO₃^-涂层,该涂层能够改善涂层和铝合金基底的界面结合状态。进一步通过共沉淀法成功合成了Mg-Al LDH-SPT纳米填料,填料中具有抗菌和缓蚀功能的吡啶硫酮钠（SPT）在涂层性能提升中发挥了关键作用。结论将Mg-Al LDH-SPT纳米引入到环氧树脂中制备了具有优异防腐和抗污功能的ZL-MLSPT@EP涂层。基于底层Zn-Al LDH-NO₃^-涂层和外层ZL-MLSPT@EP涂层的多级涂层,为解决海洋环境中铝合金装备腐蚀问题提供了支持。

Abstract

The work aims to solve the corrosion problem of aluminum alloy equipment in marine environments. In this work, a multistage coating was prepared on high-strength 7075 aluminum alloy by in-situ synthesis of layered bimetallic hydroxide (LDH) and epoxy resin coatings. The results showed that a Zn-Al LDH-NO₃^- coating was successfully grown in situ on the aluminum alloy surface, which could improve the interface bonding state between the coating and the aluminum alloy substrate. Mg-Al LDH-SPT nano-filler was successfully synthesized by co-precipitation method. Sodium pyrithione (SPT), which had antibacterial and corrosion inhibition properties, played a key role in improving the coating performance. In conclusion, Mg-Al LDH-SPT nanoparticles are introduced into epoxy resin to prepare ZL-MLSPT@EP coatings with excellent anti-corrosion and anti-fouling properties. The multistage coating based on the bottom Zn-Al LDH-NO₃^- coating and the outer ZL-MLSPT@EP coating provides support for solving the corrosion problems of aluminum alloy equipment in marine environments.
